We had a fantastic short stay at a charming and cosy cottage, just a stone's throw away from a great cider barn. The cottage itself was very cosy, with a comfortable bed and lovely hosts. The pictures really don't do it justice, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The fire was amazing and made the whole cottage feel quaint and cozy. The owners even allowed us to block their car in to make parking easier. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful escape.
The wifi did have some issues, as it would occasionally switch itself off. Additionally, the log fire door didn't shut properly, which made it a bit challenging to keep the fire going.

the cottage itself was simply charming, with a lovely rustic feel and a cozy atmosphere. the pictures didn't do it justice, and we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped inside. the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the hosts were also delightful, making us feel welcome and taken care of. Having everything we needed, including a wood burner, made our stay even more enjoyable. This cottage served as a great base for exploring the beautiful hills in the area.
Nothing to mention 👍

The fire was lit, the vibes were on point. We hit up Cabot Circus and had a mad shopping spree, only a short drive away. Then we hit the Mendips for some epic mountain biking action! Definitely recommend this place for a wicked time with mates!
The only thing that would've made our stay even better is if there was a sweet sound system in the cottage to blast some tunes while we chilled. That would've taken the party to the next level!

Great value for money with a cosy and well-equipped cottage. The location was lovely, perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection.

The location of this budget cottage was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, it provided an ideal base for exploring the Mendips and enjoying outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking. the interior of the cottage was cozy and rustic, with a lovely wood burner that added to the charm.
The heating system was not efficient enough to combat the bitter cold, making the stay quite uncomfortable at times.
